Rules

  1. Payment conditions: When booking, an upfront 30% booking fee is required. Once received, your reservation is confirmed for the agreed period. The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 2 months before the start of the fishing tour. If a participant fails to arrive, the booking fee is non-refundable.
  2. Once guests arrive at the camp, they conclude a bilateral contract with SØRØYA DREAM FISH.
  3. Following conclusion of the contract, guests shall pay a 300 EUR deposit, which is refunded after returning tidy apartments, motorboats, and equipment.
  4. Guests are accommodated on the agreed arrival day no earlier than 3:00 PM, while apartments must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the departure day.
  5. On departure, apartments must be left tidy, motorboats clean, and fuel tanks full (fuel may only be purchased from SØRØYA DREAM FISH).
  6. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.
  7. Guests must immediately notify camp staff of any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies in the apartments.
  8. Guests are solely responsible for arranging their own health and life insurance.
  9. SØRØYA DREAM FISH assumes no responsibility for weather conditions. In case of uncertainty regarding safe weather conditions, guests must consult camp staff before going to sea.
  10. It is forbidden to moor motorboats to the shore, except in emergency situations.
  11. Guests must wear life jackets and flotation suits while at sea.
  12. Persons under the influence of alcohol are strictly prohibited from going out to sea.
  13. Sailing during dark hours is prohibited.
  14. Within the mooring zone, boats must be operated at low speed without creating waves.
  15. Disposing of fish waste near the dock is prohibited. All waste must be carried out to sea.
  16. After using the fish processing and vacuum-packing facilities, they must be left clean and tidy.
  17. All guests are required to respect the surrounding environment (no littering, campfires, environmental damage, or disturbance of public order, etc.) and comply with Norwegian laws.
